What's Included:
In honor of the festive season, the USPS presents the 2018 Sparkling Holidays Souvenir Sheet, featuring a timeless masterpiece by Haddon Sundblom. This renowned painting, originally showcased in a 1963 Coca-Cola ad, captures the enchanting moment of Santa's visit on Christmas Eve. The souvenir sheet includes a semi-jumbo version of one of the four special-sized stamps from the Sparkling Holidays set.
Immerse yourself in the heartwarming scene as Santa stands by the fireplace, clutching a list of good boys and girls. A quaint note perched atop the mantel, accompanied by a classic Coca-Cola bottle, beckons Santa to pause and spread holiday cheer. Below the image, the words "Sparkling Holidays" gleam in vintage-inspired typography, adorned with accents of shimmering gold metallic ink. The elegant design pays homage to graphic styles reminiscent of the early twentieth century.
Each of the four stamps features captivating paintings by Sundblom, originally adorning Coca-Cola ads from the 1940s through the early 1960s. These timeless artworks evoke nostalgia and capture the essence of holiday spirit, making them the perfect addition to your festive correspondence.
